We provide food, mixers, condoms, washclothes, clean towels and clean linen but we don't provide alcohol.

Rules:
Ok like normal parties no means no. We have bracelets to let the single guys know who they can talk to. We don't touch anyone at all unless you ask. We have a fuck machine to use if asked for it. We are also in the process on adding more BDSM Toys to use.

There is a great outside sitting area for those who smoke or just want to hang outside. We have a fire going normally every party. When it gets warmer we have a above ground pool 22 ft across - 5 ft deep for everyone to enjoy
