Our guests tell us we have accomplished what we set out to do

We have 50-60 guests, between the ages of 25-55 with all levels of lifestyle experience. Some have been with us for the entire 5 years but we always have new faces too. We have been told that it is refreshing to see such a diverse group of people that can have such fun together. Most are couples(85%) with a limited amount of select singles. Only single men that we know, sponsored by another couple or brought as a couples' guests may attend

We have plenty of off street, easy parking in a safe neighborhood near Manchester, NH

We keep our HOT TUB at the perfect temperature and sparkling clean. Just right for relaxing under the stars in an open air but private location

We provide a yummy buffet, no need to go out to eat before you arrive. We serve hot and cold entrees, desserts, snacks, coffee service, soda and water . We always make sure that there is plenty to eat

Socialize on the patio , enclosed 3 season porch, living area and play in the private rooms and open room

Since our guests come from all over the New England area, we can provide overnight accommodations with some advanced notice

Our parties rock until you say "stop" with music to stir it up and theme nights to get everyone in the mood.
